The CEC owns 64 single family houses around Tarrant County. Most of these houses are between 1,200 square feet and 1,700 square feet in size with 2,3 or 4 bedrooms. These houses plus the townhouses in North Richland Hills and on the north side of Fort Worth give the CEC the capacity to house 80 homeless families plus have another 50 households in our affordable housing program.

CEC Properties manages the affordable housing component of the Adopt-A-Family program. These homes are available to persons who  are not eligible for the Adopt-A-Family Program but who may need some special consideration in terms of being able to lease an apartment for their family.
