Food Pantry Sponsorship

You can sponsor the Food Pantry by making a monthly contribution of $50 or more    (via bank draft or credit card). Your sponsorship will support Food Pantry operations including food purchases, utility and maintenance expenses and the salaries of two staff members (most of the work done in the Pantry is performed by volunteers.)

Food Drives

Food drives are needed throughout the year and especially during the months of January through August. Food drives from local churches, community groups and companies are essential to keep the shelves stocked for families who come to the    Food Pantry for grocery assistance.

To coordinate a food drive, please call Ron Parish, Community Ministries Director for suggestions on how to make your food drive successful. You can drop off items from your food drive at the CEC office or contact the Food Pantry to schedule a pickup.

For a list of needed food items, click here Food Pantry Food List. You can also collect monetary donations during your food drives as every dollar donated to the Food Pantry can purchase approximately seven pounds of food from the Tarrant Area Food Bank.
