We are also pleased to offer well maintained properties with very affordable rent. CEC Property staff prides itself on providing responsive maintenance and thorough repairs at each property ensuring that our tenants are proud of their homes.  The CEC has a firm history of long time tenants who simply love living in a CEC property. • Property improvements such as painting, repairs, renovation demolition when available (skilled volunteers)
