Kathleen has twenty-eight years of experience in tax, financial and general accounting including public accounting, retail and non-profit industries. Her experience includes 16 years of nonprofit management with Single Audit, federal grant compliance, and human resource management.  She has comprehensive knowledge of tax laws, compliance regulations and filing of federal, state and local tax returns and real estate management.  She served on the Board of Directors of the Community Enrichment Center prior to becoming Finance Director in 1995. Certified Public Accountant.  Member AICPA and TSCPA.
