Community Ministries is a faith-centered outreach whose goal is to be a catalyst for positive change within the community. To accomplish this goal we focus on the issues of spiritual well-being, reducing social isolation among senior adults, preventing homelessness, neighborhood revitalization and reduction of hunger in our community.

Neighborhood Initiative Project

The Neighborhood Initiative Project (NIP) is a program designed by the City of North Richland Hills and managed by Community Enrichment Center. The objectives of NIP include:

    • Promoting and helping with basic property maintenance
    • Identifying needs of neighborhoods
    • Providing yard maintenance, minor exterior home repairs, painting and replacing dilapidated fences
    • Seeking partnership between city, neighborhoods, businesses and volunteers
    • Enhancement of neighborhoods and business areas beyond minimum standards

All Neighborhood Initiative Projects must be approved by the City of North Richland Hills before Community Enrichment Center will undertake the project.
